Our role is to help businesses deal with the lifecycles of change and lessen the impact of potential negatives on the effectiveness of individuals, teams and organizations. As management psychologists, we offer clients a combined total of 75 years of consulting, senior HR and senior line management experience.
We partner with our clients and work closely with company CEOs and members of the senior executive team, offering three targeted services to help meet your organizational change challenges:
Assessment:
We assess internal and external candidates to ensure a prospect’s psychological and cultural fit with the organization, on a team, or for a targeted position. We also provide assessment services for internal communications, promotions, and as a precursor to on-going coaching.
Intervention:
We help you with group or individual guidance that may affect redirection or organizational behavior, such as an executive that may not be meeting expectations, a dysfunctional team, or a pending corporate merger or acquisition that may not be a good fit for your company.
Development:
We assist individuals, groups, and organizations to help strategize and execute developmental change. Examples include succession planning, tailored individual development planning, strategic planning, organizational design, performance management, and high potential program development.
We utilize a variety of comprehensive diagnostic tools with our assessment, intervention and development services including individual and group assessment, organizational studies, custom-built employee surveys, and focus group data collection and analysis.
